Isehara Flower Report – March 30, 2026

Here is today's update on cherry blossom blooming in Isehara City.

Somei-yoshino cherry trees are blooming beautifully across the city and are now at their best.
Around Isehara Station, you can casually enjoy hanami at Isehara Daijingu, Kanzan Park, and Chizu Park.

Cherry blossoms are also at their peak at Sannomiya Hibita Shrine, Hinata Yakushi, Jyohatsu-ganji Temple, the General Sports Park, and Fujiyama Park.
On MtOoyama, blooms are progressing around Kasumi Bridge, while the Ooyama cherry trees are still a little short of full bloom.

Along the Shibuta River, you can enjoy cherry blossoms together with moss phlox, creating a colorful, spring-like scene along the riverbank.

Actually, I was laid up with a cold and couldn’t go see the ladder acrobatics, the rifle team demonstration, or the boat parade on the Shingashi River. 😭

A magnificent magnolia was in bloom. Against the blue sky, it really makes a strong impression!

A beautiful weeping cherry tree was in bloom.
Somei-Yoshino cherry trees are lovely, but the weeping cherry is lovely too 💓

Pale pink camellia blossoms were blooming beautifully💓 I really like this flower’s color scheme😊

I found a cute purple flower.
Pink cherry blossoms are the main attraction at this time of year, but purple ones are lovely too ❤

I found a lovely flower bed in the park on a sunny day. White and yellow flowers are blooming energetically ☺️

Yesterday I went to see the homarezakura (Homare cherry blossoms) along the Shingashi River.
Before visiting Kawagoe Hikawa Shrine, I took a break at Starbucks Kanetsuki‑dōri Store.
I had an oat milk latte and a strawberry doughnut.

Here is the latest update on cherry blossoms in Isehara City.
Cherry blossoms have started blooming across the city, bringing a clear sense of spring.
The weeping cherry at Mishima Shrine is blooming beautifully and is now at its best.
The cherry trees at Takanoyama Park have largely come into bloom, while those at the Sports Park need a little more time to reach full bloom.
Also, the Ooyama cherry is not yet blooming, so we can look forward to its flowers soon.

The 18th Spring Maki Uma Festival “Tokkome Cherry Blossom Festival” 🐎🌸

We are holding a festival in the park near the National Historic Site Remains of Shimousa Kogane Nakanomaki (Wild horse-taming) in Kamagaya City to introduce the historic site to more people!
Events include a quiz rally and stamp rally, pony rides, a horse-drawing corner, an on-site tour of the historic site, a mini exhibition, and food stalls from local neighborhood associations. There will also be a mölkky experience session and distribution of beetle larvae♪
*Various activities are prepared so people of all ages, from children to seniors, can enjoy the day ✨*
