Yamato City Event Tourism Association
Jan. 29, 2025
Introducing the Yamato City Events character "Yamaton". Yamaton is a forest nenrei 3~4 sai, a leaf fairy boy. I usually live in a place called Izumi no Mori in Yamato City, but if there is an Events in the city, Yamaton, who loves festivals, may come to play. Gari is quiet and a little shy, but he often enjoys interacting with children and friends from other towns. In his hand, he may or may not have a city flower in his hand. Cute, isn't it?

In the middle of Yamato City, which is roughly in the middle of Kanagawa Prefecture, the baseball stadium "Yamato Stadium" is located in Hikijidai Park. This baseball stadium is also nicknamed "Dokaben Stadium" because the statues and illustrations of Shinji Shinji Mizu island's baseball manga "Dokaben" are on display. Yamato Stadium, which serves as a stage venue for the Spring Citizens' Festival and as a game venue for the National High School Baseball Championship Kanagawa Tournament in the summer, is a baseball stadium that is very familiar to the people of Yamato.

With the Tsubetsu Ice Candle Festival coming up the day after tomorrow, the plastic sheet that had been hung over the snow sculpture was removed, and we met for the first time in a long yellowtail. Nya The igloo part is also alive and well! It withstood the unexpectedly high temperatures every day well... 😂 For a little dirt, apply snow like white powder to whiten and whiten ... And. The night before yesterday, the snow stand was also developed by the executive committee members! After preparations the day before tomorrow, the Ice Candle Festival will start at 2 p.m. the day after tomorrow. Jan. 28, 2025
[30 consecutive kite flying challenge] Friday, January 24 A challenge was held to pray for 30 years of zero traffic accident deaths. As many as 30 kites were hand-drawn by elementary school students in Nishiokoppe Village one by one. On that day, the weather was yellowtail snowy for the first time in a long time. When it was time to fly the kite, the snow stopped and a moderate wind blew. Elementary school students with kites line up in one row. If you let go of your hands from one end to the other, Gari took to the sky amid cheers on several attempts. Once in the wind, the kite shows no sign of returning to the ground. It was swaying in the wind (the tip was very vigorous). #Nishiokoppe Village #Hokkaido #30 consecutive kite flying #Prayer #Road Safety #Drone-obsessed dwarfs #Challenge Great Success
