The cherry blossoms are still beautiful even after they fall. As a Japanese person, I can proudly say that. I captured the moment when the petals scatter, along with the waxing moon. It became a photo that embodies wabi-sabi.

New willow leaves tremble in the spring breeze as a person in kimono pauses quietly. Boats called jukkoku-bune ply this canal, filling it with the essence of Kyoto’s spring.
