The Chicken Tomato Curry is visually appealing with large chunks of meat, which crumble beautifully and are well-cooked. The impactful black Keema Curry is made with bamboo charcoal powder, offering a rich flavor that makes you want to eat it again and again. Above all, the sausage unique to this curry was exquisite! The homemade sausage primarily uses Shinshu pork, but surprisingly includes Shinshu salmon, making it light yet allowing you to truly taste the Shinshu salmon. The broadcast of "In the Town Where Forget-Me-Nots Bloom - Azumino Medical Record" will start on June 28th (Sunday) at 10 PM on NHK BS. This story is set in Azumino! So, I went to look for forget-me-nots.😄 The location is the Yūsui Tansaku Road, which is on the northern side of Village Azumino. Here, I found the Myosotis scorpioides blooming!

On June 11th, Azumino is clear and sunny. Mt. Ariake, also known as Shinano Fuji, offers a beautiful view. It's a town that makes you love the morning. 😊

The snow shape of Mt. Chogatake can be seen from Azumino.😀 On the left shoulder of Mt. Chogatake, the snow shape resembling a butterfly, which inspired its name, is visible. Due to the recent heat, the snow is melting quickly, and before I knew it, it has become quite different from its original butterfly shape…💦

Rokuzan Hall, located in the Rokuzan Art Museum in Azumino, is an iconic presence in Azumino. You can encounter works by Moriye Ogihara (Rokuzan) and Kotaro Takamura, who opened the door to modern Japanese sculpture. 😄
