Although the original castle was lost to time, the present structure symbolizes Toyama’s feudal heritage and now serves as a cultural landmark within the city. The cherry‑blossom experience becomes especially memorable when viewed from a quiet, slow‑moving boat gliding along the castle moat. The air turns colder after sunset, and yet the warmth of spring lingers in every step, every breath, every quiet glance. Toyama’s Spring Quartet Cherry blossoms drift in the breeze beneath the snow-crowned Japanese Alps. At sunset, pink light washes over rapeseed fields—when suddenly, a woman in white crosses the flowers, moving against the wind. For a moment, it feels less like a photograph, and more like a painting come to life.

It was already 5 o'clock on the Hokuriku Shinkansen to Toyama that day, the weather was very good like going to shoot the sunset, the first time I arrived in Toyama, I was attracted by the train next to the station and decided to sit over, but because the first time I got on the train, I found that I was sitting in the opposite direction, and it was almost dark when I turned back to the station, and I was afraid that I would take the wrong seat again and decided to use it, and after walking for about 10 minutes, I finally caught the beautiful blue hour, and pressed the shutter under the breeze of the spring evening to record this beautiful moment.

Lets discover the feudal lord era of Toyama. Toyama Castle situated in the center of Toyama City. It was actually built in 1543 by the local feudal lord Sassa Narimasa. Unfortunately, the castle keep was dismantled during the Meiji Restoration. Over the years, the castle underwent several renovations and reconstructions, the latest in 1954. Today, the castle is a top tourist attraction, offering visitors a unique opportunity to learn more about Japan’s feudal history.

Tulips are a timeless beauty. With their vibrant colors, graceful shapes, and subtle fragrances, they have become one of the most beloved flowers in the world. During my visit to Toyama, I went to the Nyuzen flower field, one of the largest tulip fields in Japan. The field boasts a fantastic backdrop of Snowcapped northern Alps.

It is Toyama City in spring, surrounded by the mountains of the Alps. Embracing the snow, the towering Mt. Tsui was magnificent. The scars of the Noto Peninsula earthquake have not yet healed, but we pray for a speedy recovery.

It is a night cherry blossom illumination of Fugan Canal Water Park. Drawing on the nature of Toyama and the history of the Fuiwa Canal, this space is an oasis for looking at and creating the culture and future of the region. The night breeze is pleasant, and the cherry blossoms are in full bloom! Tomorrow, will we be able to see the snow-capped Mt. Mountain?

It is the cherry blossoms of Gofuku Park in Toyama City, Toyama Prefecture. On the way home after the entrance ceremony, there was a road lined with cherry blossom trees, and it was very sunny that day, and I thought "this is beautiful" and took a commemorative photo. Also, I wonder if there are many things that I don't understand in the photos immediately after I start taking photos of my smartphone ^^? I thought, but it was miraculously beautiful and I posted it. I would definitely like to go take pictures of the cherry blossoms in Gofuku Park again this year * 'ω'*

Beautiful red bridge, green mountain, passing clouds and deep thrilling gorge that is what I witnessed during my trip to Tateyama kurobe. The scenery of the passing train Over the longest bridge of this Kurobe gorge, Shin Yamabiko. So I recommend this particular place for 2023.

One of the most scenic destination where you can enjoy the thrill and peace of mind at the same time. Every turn of the road offers something overwhelming. Kurobe Gorge gave us some great memories one of which is this train ride. The trolley train experience was totally enjoyable. Hope to visit again.

I was enjoying the traditional flock japanese festival in Toyama near to Toyama station on 24th September. It was a part of Toyama festival which was held from24th September to 25th September this year after three years. It was really very charming and enthusiastic.

It is a collaboration of fireworks and all lanterns in the back of Gokoku Shrine in Toyama Prefecture.
