Tomakomai is about one and a half hours by car from Sapporo City and about 30 minutes by car from New Chitose Airport, making it a very convenient transportation access.

On the day of the event, in addition to brass band performances 🎷 and Shintoku Ondo performances in the precincts of Shintoku Shrine ⛩ from the morning 🌄, there is also a karaoke contest 🎤 of jumping ants, and an exciting fun lottery 🎊 from noon.

The approximately 2,300 Ezo Yamazakura 🌸 trees that spread around the precincts of Mt. Shintoku are one of the most famous cherry blossom viewing spots in Hokkaido, and today's cherry ✨ blossoms are still in bloom for about 2 minutes when some of them have begun to bloom.
