I found a heron that was fully concentrated, so I took a picture with a slow shutter flowing water.

This photo was taken in Arashiyama, Kyoto. It was hot and humid because it was taken while the rain stopped, but looking at the yukata made me feel cool.

Speaking of summer, sunflowers Hamamatsu, Shizuoka It is a sunflower field in Hamanako Garden Park.

It was a windy day and it was not suitable for shooting, but I managed to take a picture of the blue sky and sunflowers.

The sunflower is the sunflower. I shot it in my hometown of Isanuma.

It is the ridgeline of Tateyama. It was the second full-scale climb of my life after Mt. Fuji. There are rare creatures such as grouse, and climbing while looking at the cool and beautiful scenery is full of charm.

And it's Friday! Was really feeling the soreness in my muscles today after working out yesterday, but it's a good feeling. Need to get a better workout for my lower stomach though, only feeling it in my mid-section really. I'd like to find a park where I can work out as well. A place with like some pull up bars where I can work on pull ups and general calisthenics besides just weight lifting at home. There are quite a few parks in Tokyo though so it shouldn't be too hard to find something. Just don't to get in the way of other people using the park. Was able to take a nice photo of a river running through Meguro today as well. Not sure which one but I think it'd look nice in the spring or fall, so maybe I'll have to go back in a few months and see if the leaves around it have changed color. Praying for good weather this weekend but we'll see. At the very least I'd like to do some laundry lol. To 🌻 see the sunflower It was my first place to go, but it was ☺️ a wonderful place where you can see the sunflower, the sea, the sky, and the lighthouse in the distance.

Was pretty nice weather outside today, felt good to be outside for a bit. Finally got to work out again, wasn't able to since I had to wait after getting my first shot of the vaccine. Trying to eat a bit healthier lately, avoiding sweets and stuff like that. The convenience stores in Japan are really amazing for having pretty tasty salads and even different varieties. Wouldn't be able to find that at most convenience stores in America. I've been trying to do some meal planning but I need some more recipes so I'm not just eating the same thing though. Not being able to go outside much this year was a little rougher on my body than I would have imagined. Managed to put on a couple pounds lol. Gotta get back in shape before winter, though, the heat helps with weight loss which is nice. The weather is supposed to be pretty decent this weekend too, so hopefully that doesn't change. Would like to go to the river and have a picnic or something like that. That's all for today I guess. Here's a photo of a station I took a few days ago. Thought it looked kind of neat with all the wires and everything. Would probably be better with a nicer camera though lol

This is a sunflower field taken in Showa Kinen Park in summer. When it comes to summer, I feel better when I see these bright yellow sunflowers, and I think I feel brighter. I think it is a summer staple that you feel summer while it is blooming vigorously, and feel that the end of summer is near as it gradually wilts.
