This is a photo taken at the annual "Yotoboshi" event in Inage Ward, Chiba Prefecture. In the past, the area called Inage had a shallow beach, and "night light fishing" was popular, in which portable oil lamps were lit on nights when the sea was dark due to the new moon and fish and shrimp were caught.
