【Isehara Flower Information】 January 22, 2024 Hyuga Yakushi, Ametake Bunko, Plum in the General Sports Park ... It is beginning to bloom. Plum blossoms are beginning to bloom in Isehara City. Perhaps due to the influence of the warm winter, it seems that the flowering is earlier than usual. The scent is good, and you can feel the arrival of spring a little earlier. By the way, wax plum is also a yellow flower that blooms during this season, but this is a member of the Roubai family, and it seems to be a different variety from the plum of the Rosaceae family. In any case, I'm looking forward to seeing it in full bloom.

[Limited to weekends in January] Operates until 19:00 on Saturdays and Sundays until Sunday, January 28, 2024 The Oyama Cable Car Night View Operation is ♪ being held *Snowy mountains and night view* On the first day of the night view, it snowed from around 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., and there were occasional snowstorms. As soon as I saw it, it turned white, and the snow cover was about 5 cm. At around 6:30 p.m., as soon as the snow stopped, the white field of vision suddenly opened up, and a night view emerged. The brilliance of the city and the snowy scenery were beautiful, and the visitors enjoyed taking pictures. There is a risk that the road surface is still frozen, so please be careful with your feet and enjoy the view from Mt. Oyama.

【First Yakushi in Reiwa 6】 Yesterday, the annual Yakushi event "Hatsuyakushi" was held, and it was crowded with many pilgrims. Around 12 o'clock, there was a line of cars in the parking lot of the Hyuga Yakushi bus stop and the Yakushi Forest Road, and it was difficult to pass each other. After turning back, I was finally parked in the parking lot of Bochu and walked from the mountain gate to the main hall. An elderly man who came down said, "You're afraid to come, I don't have porridge anymore," and I stopped in my tracks. But a picture is worth a thousand words. We had just started the climb, so we hurried ahead. When I went up to the main hall, I found that the porridge oven was still being cleaned, and unfortunately I couldn't have it this year. However, even after the distribution of porridge was over, there were constant pilgrims, and it was Hyuga Yakushi who was celebrating a lively New Year's holiday.

【Superb view of Tokachi River Onsen】Unryu It is a river fog that appears in the early morning when the temperature is below -15°C in the severe winter season of January ~ February. It came to be called "Unryu" because it looks as if a dragon is floating and lying along the flow of the Tokachi River. You can see this view at the Tokachigaoka Observatory. It is a spectacular view that can only be seen in winter! This year is the Year of the Dragon, so please come to Tokachi River Onsen to see the cloud dragon!
