I aimed to make a single leaf stand out by capturing the striking color of backlit autumn leaves and pairing it with a soft, blurred background. I hope it conveys the deepening of autumn and the beauty of the light.

Isehara Autumn Foliage Report 2025.11.17 Here is today’s update on the autumn leaves in Isehara. The foliage at Afuri Shrine and Daisenji Temple has begun to change color. This is an avenue of larch trees. The larch needles turn orange and when they fall, the first snowfall arrives, and Hokkaido enters its long winter.

Autumn leaves have descended on Azumino no Sato. Vivid colors now spread across Azumino. Everyone’s beloved Mt Jonen has even begun to don a dusting of snow!!

The autumn in Urabandai, Fukushima is amazing. I took this photo during a figgy day near lake Hibara. The small island inside the lake also full of autum colors which makes the frame more beautiful. Mist, autumn colors and lake, these are all what i can even imagined. It was so exciting and eye-shoothing. After thus trip I was really refreshed and energized again.

Autumn leaves at Yujaku Park ❚ Foliage status as of November 12, 2025 Yujaku Park in Asaji Town, Bungoono City, Oita Prefecture This park is one of Oita Prefecture’s representative autumn foliage spots. Overall, about 30–40% of the leaves have changed color. The area around Shinji Pond is starting to turn first. Areas around Tanji Pond and places farther from the ponds are still mostly green, but the mix of green and red now creates a beautiful gradient of leaves. During the Yujaku Tourism Momiji Festival, local residents sell kusamochi (herb rice cakes) and other treats. If you see them, try one. We will update the foliage status as it changes. Please note that the Yujaku Park light-up follows a fixed schedule. Some paths are dark at night, so we recommend bringing a flashlight. About 70% of the trees have changed color, and it is at its peak viewing time. This spot is not widely known, so you can enjoy the foliage quietly during the day. The light-up runs until November 15. October 25, 2025 Nagano City Kinasa Okususobana Nature Garden I wandered through the park to enjoy the autumn leaves. The forest stretched as far as I could see, dyed in fall colors. Several ponds and wetlands dot the area. On this day I was especially drawn to Yoshiike, a breeding site for the black salamander and the forest green tree frog. Leaves sank into the pond while reflections added depth to the scene.

The Wakasa Kuniyoshi Castle History Museum is hosting a Night Museum again this year! From Saturday, November 22 to Sunday, November 30, the museum will be open from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM with the autumn leaves illuminated. The nighttime view of the illuminated leaves from Kyū-Tanabe Handaifu-ke Zashiki is spectacular. A commemorative castle seal for the event will be sold during the period (300 yen). Please join us. Please note the illumination continues after the Night Museum until December 25, so enjoy an evening stroll. I visited Arashiyama Yusai-tei in Saga Kamenoocho, Ukyo-ku, Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture. The autumn leaves and their reflection seen through the round window looked like a painting and made the place truly beautiful. 💕(∗❛ัᴗ❛ั∗)◞📷🍁

Amidst the gentle rain, the silhouette of a majestic mountain looms over the serene Lake Hibara, creating a breathtaking backdrop. As I sit by the lake’s edge, the tranquil atmosphere envelops me, turning this moment into something truly unforgettable. The tiny islands in the distance adds a touch of magic, making the scene feel like a painting come to life.

November 9th The Bell Ringing Hill Assembly Hall in Azumino is a historic building that served as the setting for the NHK radio drama "The Bell Ringing Hill." The autumn leaves were just at their peak!

Kiso is now at peak autumn color, and the scenery is truly beautiful. The mountains and roadside trees have turned vivid reds and yellows, creating landscapes that look like paintings. Be sure to experience this seasonal natural beauty while it lasts.

On October 25, 202, Okusuzuhana Nature Garden in Kinasa, Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture A valley stretched from the far end of the park toward Myoko and Kurohime. The entire forest was painted in autumn colors and it was breathtaking. I enjoyed the beautiful fall foliage again this year. This place is a hidden gem!

Autumn leaves in Gokasecho🍁 The autumn colors in Gokasecho have suddenly deepened over the past few days🍁 The foliage in front of Shirataki Falls in Kuraoka District is not fully colored yet, but overall the area is at peak color✨ I also visited Myoken Shrine and other spots in Kuraoka District; the maples there still need a bit more time to peak💡 Some areas will continue to change color, but how about a drive to see Gokase’s autumn leaves this weekend?😊 ⚠Notice⚠ The road to Shirataki is a forest road with poor conditions. There is little space for cars to pass. We do not recommend driving if you lack confidence, are in a large vehicle, or are driving a low-clearance car.
