Sensoji Temple is full of people. During the first visit, I casually looked back and pressed the button. I used to visit the shrine every year. I thought it was annoying because there were many people, but now I feel this crowd is beautiful. I would be happy if I could see this scenery again someday.

Wow, what a breathtaking view. It really does look just like a mirror, it's incredible how perfect the reflection is. I really love the green as well, it's such a brilliant shade it really gives you the feeling of the rich, verdant countryside. I've had a love of rice fields since before I can remember, just because they look so beautiful and you can really appreciate the technology of humankind through them. I've never seen the rice fields in Kyoto to be honest, only the temples and shrines, which isn't exactly unfortunate, but I would really like to get out into the countryside as well. This reminds me so much of Akita as well and I only have fond memories of my time there. Going to have to throw the rice fields of Kyoto on my list for my next visit. On a bit of a tangent, it's pretty amazing you can take photos like this on cell phones now. Incredible how far we've come.

I took the lanterns displayed in the Heian Shrine. This pattern is called "Chrysanthemum Flower Pattern" and is said to be the family crest of the Emperor's family. It seems that this coat of arms is everywhere in Heian Jingu, so I would like to look for it next time I visit.

Kiyomizu-dera Temple is Niomon. At that time, it was crowded with many tourists even though it was under renovation work. I hope to get revenge someday.

This is Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine. The vermilion color shines well against the blue of the sky. When Corona settles down, I want to go through that torii gate again.

Also in the season of bellflower blooming. ⛩️ Seimei Shrine Seimei Shrine is Kyoto's best power spot. In the precincts, "five-pointed stars" are displayed everywhere. Also known as the "Five-pointed Star", also known as "Seimei Kikyo", it is one of the prayer spells used in the Yin-Yang Path created by the Prince of Seimei.

What an incredible photo, the coloring of the floats goes perfectly with the sunset and the clouds. What an awesome looking festival. I've never heard about Murakami Taisai, but it looks like it's about 400 years old now and some of the floats created 200 years ago are still used even today. I've never actually visited Niigata but it looks like a fun place. Just inconveniently placed I guess lol. Seeing cool photos like this though really makes me want to visit. This festival is in early July as well, so not too far off. Might be cool to visit and get some of the festival food I've been missing out on. Can always make yakisoba at home but it just never really hits the same as some made at a yatai!

Hiroshima Itsukushima Shrine in Miyajima I felt the power from the torii gate standing on the sea. So that you can travel after Corona When it happens, I definitely want to visit it again.

We had moon viewing at a nearby shrine. Spring evening price 1000 gold.

It was taken three years ago, but it is a photo of Tongu in Osaka Sakai. The collaboration of cherry blossoms, the moon and the shrine at night is 🌸 one of the ⛩ memories that I was able to take fantastic photos.

Wow this is really incredible! What an amazing entrance to a temple. It's an unusual design for a torii at least from the ones I've seen but it really fits the image. I love the lanterns on both sides as well. They really compliment the white and pink of the cherry blossoms with their glow. It's kind of crazy how much awesome stuff I keep seeing in Nagano prefecture. I've seen tons of cool places in Akita, Saitama, Hokkaido, etc. but I still haven't gotten a chance to check out Nagano and every time I see something amazing like this I just feel like I'm missing out. It looks like this is called Iinuma Shrine although it's hard to find information about it. Looks like a cool place to visit though, I'll have to do some more digging on this!
