Goshikinuma ponds, often dubbed the “mysterious lake,” promise to be an great experience with their captivating colors—emerald green, cobalt blue, turquoise blue, emerald blue, and pastel blue. Goshikinuma meaning "five color ponds," is somewhat misleading. The area features far more than five ponds, each likely to reveal an even broader array of spectacular colors. During fall time the ponds look more heavenly and peaceful.

I went to Nanhu Park in Shirakawa City! It's a very nice weather and a nice day for a walk ☀️. I have 😊 been enjoying a leisurely holiday by taking a walk around the lake with my dog (Chihuahua) The sky and sun reflected on the surface of the lake are very beautiful, and I butterfly flower on the spot and snap 📷 with my smartphone I was able to take such a miraculous one! ✨️ It was the moment when the dragonfly that was perched on the grass below took off I had 🐕🐾 a wonderful autumn memory with my dog.

The 49th Umaissho “Shintoku” Heavy Snow Festival This event has arrived again this year! The Heavy Snow Festival is a food celebration where you can eat and buy Shintoku’s high-quality vegetables and soba. The big draw is the all-you-can-stuff local vegetables (500 yen) and freshly harvested, freshly ground, freshly made, and freshly boiled new-season Shintoku soba. You’ll also find fresh fruit brought from Shintoku Town’s sister city, Higashine City in Yamagata Prefecture. On the stage there are magic shows and live performances, and if you buy meat at the venue you can borrow charcoal and a grill free of charge to enjoy a BBQ.

It is a beach called Omotehama (Gaijinhama) in the coastal towns "Shichigahama Towns" facing the Pacific Ocean in Miyagi Prefecture. In the Meiji era, an American doctor living in Sendai found it as a place to recuperate his sick wife, and it was developed as a summer resort by American missionaries.

The sight of two 24-meter-high castle lanterns and two 17-meter-high castle lanterns parading through the city was truly spectacular!

Sendai Tanabata Festival taken at night The decoration in the photo is decorated with 78,000 origami cranes made by children from elementary and junior high schools in the city with the hope of reconstruction from the Great East Japan Earthquake This year, it is said that it also contains a wish for the reconstruction of the Noto Peninsula earthquake

The "Sendai Tanabata Festival" is held from August 6th ~ 8th every year. It is famous nationwide as one of the summer festivals in Tohoku. 2024 was also successfully held in.

The photo shows an event called "Taiwan Lantern Festival SENDAI2024", which is held in a complex facilities called "Aqua Ignis Sendai". About 400 lanterns were displayed to express gratitude to Taiwan for its great support in the Great East Japan Earthquake and to commemorate the 400th anniversary of the opening of Tainan City.
