Speaking of winter, Christmas 🎄 Santa came to our house and the children had 😄❤️ a great time. The night was lively with Christmas cake, and my nephew, 4 years old, was trying 📷 to put out the fire by lighting a candle on his cake 🎂. At the dining room of my home Shimane Prefecture. It seems 😄 that he was very satisfied with eating the strawberries 🍓 of my cake Christmas is an event 🎄✨✨ that makes everyone happy

What a cute photo! I remember when I went to Akita, I don't remember the name of the flower park I'd have to look it up, but they had a small rabbit enclosure there and it was really neat getting to see them just hopping around munching on carrots and stuff. The place had some really good ice cream as well so that was a big plus. Speaking of ice cream, I just remembered the babahera ice that I had in Akita. That stuff was really good as well. It was like a sort of sherbet I think, but apparently it's only sold by old ladies which is how it got its name. I guess that's an interesting fact that I have to share today. If you're ever in Akita be sure to keep an eye out for it. I think I tried it somewhere around Lake Tazawa

In the 69th order of the Nakasendō, the pure Nakasendō 67-juku from Itabashi to Moriyama, which surpasses Kusatsu and Otsu-juku shared with the Tokaido, Narai-juku is the 34th post town in the middle of the Nakasendō, counting from Itabashi-juku on the Edo side and Moriyama-juku on the Kyoto side. The post town that prospered with many travelers at the highest altitude of the 11 Kiso inns, ahead of the difficult Torii Pass, was called "Narai Senken". The townscape has been selected as a national important preservation district for groups of traditional buildings, and retains a strong trace of the past.
