“Mom”’s CD Debut On the night of Saturday, June 15, friends and fans gathered to celebrate someone’s CD debut, joined by a star-studded lineup and about 70 audience members. The debut artist was Keiko Takahashi. Born and raised in Nishiokoppe Village, she raised five children and has also performed widely as a skoppu shamisen (shovel shamisen) player. Her meeting with singer-songwriter Riku Nakanishi inspired Keiko’s songs, and after six months of intensive training she reached the milestone of a CD debut. She had thought, “I will never sing in front of people in my life,” but listening to a song that reflected her own experiences stirred a desire to sing, she said on stage. On the night of the CD debut, the stage featured guitarists active in the village and the skoppu shamisen players and singers who have performed with Mom. Amid laughter, applause, and occasional call-and-response, the final performer—Mom—confidently sang her song. Some long-time acquaintances were in the audience, and the venue felt lively and warm. The CD is currently being sold by hand. Online sales are planned for the future. Once again, congratulations on your debut, Mom!! Thank you to all the performers for a wonderful stage. #Mom #Mom’s youth is now #CD debut #CD release event #Tour #Nishiokoppe Village #Congratulations

Nursery school and community center coexist "Asato Hachimangu" / Ryukyu Hachisha It is one of the eight Ryukyu shrines that received special treatment from the Ryukyu royal government, "Asato Hachimangu" Asatomachi Mangu. Restrooms available in the residential area of Asato, Naha City, with a nursery school on the left side of the photo and a community center on the right. Restrooms available in the Precincts, and behind it is a high-rise apartment building and a gap that is amazing w I think it's a sight you can't see anywhere else. Depending on the time of day, nursery school children are playing in the Precincts^^ "Asato Hachimangu" is the oldest of the eight Ryukyu shrines and was founded in 1466. It was destroyed by fire during the Battle of Okinawa, but was restored in 1993 Heisei 5. It is also close to Kokusai Street, so please stop by when you are nearby. You can hear the cheerful voices of the children ^^

During a recent visit to the Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter in Japan, I was enchanted by the beautiful white-walled townscape and the rich history and art it held. The serene atmosphere along the Kurashiki River, with its white-walled warehouses and willow trees, offered a truly unique and charming experience. Exploring the traditional buildings and modern shops, such as the Kurashiki Canvas and Kurashiki Denim stores, was a delight. The area was bustling with tourists. I spent an entire day enjoying myself in the history, art, and culture of this remarkable quarter and look forward to returning in the future.

It's amazing to hear about Shirakawago, located in Gifu Prefecture. It's not just a beautiful spot, but it offers so much more. The village's Gassho-style houses, with over 100 buildings of this style still standing, are truly remarkable. I enjoyed the experience the traditional Japanese scenery and rural ways of life there. The rich history of the area dating back to 7000 B.C. is truly awe-inspiring. The iconic gassho-style houses with their large thatched roofs resembling hands joined in prayer are such a beautiful representation of the village's unique culture.

Twilight Enoshima Enoshima Sea Candle and Enoshima Samuel Cocking Garden We got off at Kita-Kamakura in the morning, and after walking for a day in a busy sky of rain and sun, we arrived here in Enoshima. If you look up, you can see the afterglow of the light and the night book. The sea candles are lit with blue-gray lights and the garden facilities are lit with orange lights, creating a celestial and gorgeous atmosphere. Before it started to be crowded with tourists, I luxuriously enjoyed the space that was enveloped in silence for a moment.
