Bear sighting on the trail between Oyama Lookout and Afuri Shrine Lower Shrine Around 12:00 on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, a bear was sighted on the Oyama Koma Approach Road. The 51st Otaki Castle Festival will be held again this year over two days on Saturday, October 11 and Sunday, October 12. On the 11th, an opening night festival will take place on Otaki Jokamachi Street from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM, and on the 12th the main festival will run at Otaki Castle and the B&G Baseball Field from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
