The Museums on Castle Town Street will be closed from June 1 to July 26 for renovations. The reopening is scheduled for July 27. After the renovation, there will be a facilities for experiencing bamboo crafts and chigiri-e paintings, as well as a teahouse.

At Kawagoe Kumano Shrine. Even though it was October, there were strips of Tanabata decorations. Among them, a strip of paper called "World Peace" caught my eye, so I took a picture of it. Photographed 5/22/25. I went to Omotesando bread and espresso at approach to the temple. It's a moo toast set. They are moo toast, salad, deli, fried eggs, bacon and yogurt. 🍞🥗🍳🥓 The word "mou" means "soft" in French. Moo toast is tender and delicious. 😊
