The sunflowers of Mito Farm in Otofuke are in full bloom! It is a "sunflower field" that is sown as green manure in the field after the wheat harvest. The sunflowers blooming on the vast site are very spectacular! In this field you can see it until the end of September. It was created by the accumulation of plants such as reeds that grew naturally on the banks of the Tokachi River in ancient times. The collaboration of humus (humic substances) contained in lignite and alkali gives a smooth and mild spring quality, which is why it is called a beautiful hot spring.
