Hello! 🙋‍♀️ Shintoku Tourism Association. 〈Notice of traffic regulations〉 Hello! 🙋‍♀️ Shintoku Tourism Association. 🚲 This is a notice 📝 of traffic regulations associated with the "Tour de Hokkaido 2023". 🚲 The bicycle road race event will be held for three days from September 8 Friday to September 10 Sunday, and on September 8 Friday, National Route 38 🛣 will be closed to traffic from Asahikawa to Shintoku Town.
