The rooftop of the "Nakatani Ukichiro Snow Science Museum" in Katayamazu Onsen in Ishikawa Prefecture? I took this photo at the entrance. There were very beautiful cherry blossoms, so I changed various camera settings while shooting. I think the warmth of the wood and cherry blossoms of the building and the colors made the atmosphere softer. There were many other places where cherry blossoms were blooming around Shibayama Lagoon in Katayamazu Onsen, so why not take a walk with a camera in hand? There is also a hot spring, so I think you can heal your fatigue by soaking in it on the way back.

COOL JAPAN VIDEOS Photo Contest PR
Dec. 9, 2022
Introducing the photos posted on "Everyone's Post"! This is a pickup post of the inbound tourism information SNS "Cool Japan Video". Today, I would like to introduce Menma's post "Kanazawa Station's specialty "Komon". The unique design of the gate is a powerful photo. Kanazawa Station, located in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture in the Koshinetsu region, is a representative station of Kanazawa City, which was selected as one of the "14 most beautiful stations in the world" by an American travel magazine. The Tsuzumimon and Hospitality Dome in front of the station were completed in March 2005 as part of the city's redevelopment. The 13.7-meter-high drum gate is inspired by the drums of Noh, a traditional performing art of Kanazawa. The concept of the Hospitality Dome is "the spirit of hospitality that offers an umbrella to people who get off the station" in Kanazawa, where there is a lot of rain and snow. Both were designed by architect Ryuzo Shirae. Illuminated from sunset to 0:00, Drum Gate is also a popular photo spot. At the nearby shopping mall, you can buy souvenirs and traditional crafts, and you can also enjoy ramen, which is also a Kanazawa gourmet. For accommodation, we recommend hotels near the east exit of Kanazawa Station, and have good access to Kenrokuen Garden, which is famous for its Japan garden. ◆Kanazawa Station◆ 【Address】〒920-8580 Ishikawa Prefecture, Kanazawa-shi, Kinoshinbocho 1-1 【Access】 railway Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka: about 2 hours and 30 minutes

Suzu City, Ishikawa Prefecture Mitsuke Island and the Milky Way The magnificent Milky Way spreads out in a very quiet rural town. If it is sunny from March ~ October, you can see it with the naked eye. Since it is far from Wakura Onsen, it is good (^○^) to eat fresh seafood at a guest house run by a nearby fisherman. Noto is a wonderful place where the sea is very transparent, the air is fresh, seafood, Noto beef, and alcohol are delicious. After being vaccinated against corona, I would like (* ́▽'*) to slowly lie down again and enjoy the starry sky. And I pray that the corona will settle down as soon as possible. Please save as many lives as possible. I hope that medical professionals can return to normal as soon as possible.

What a cool looking lizard, that blue tail is really something else. Kenroku-en is a garden that I really want to visit specifically because it has so much awesome natural scenery. Now that I think about it, I don't think I've actually seen any lizards or geckos in Japan... I haven't exactly been looking for them as much as I would have when I was a kid but I really should try to keep my eye out for some of the smaller creatures to be found in Japan. I've seen a serow really close before and thankfully haven't run into any bears while in Japan but I'd definitely like to see more wildlife as it's quite different than the wildlife where I'm from. On a side note I learned a new phrase in Japanese recently that has to do with lizards - トカゲの尻尾切り - apparently it means to evade blame by pinning it on a subordinate and abandoning them. Thought that was pretty funny lol

This photo was taken at Kenrokuen Garden.
When I was walking and looked down, there was a lizard, so I approached slowly and snapped.
The moment I was able to take this picture, I was glad I came to Ishikawa Prefecture!

When Corona subsides, I want to travel to various places again.
