Atami Station, operated by JR East and opened in 1925 (Taishō 14), celebrated its 99th anniversary yesterday on Monday, March 25. On the previous day, Sunday, March 24, a high-grade train not normally in regular service—the E655 series “Nagomi” (all seats are Green Car specification)—made a round trip between Shinagawa Station and Atami Station, carrying 105 passengers to Atami. Tickets sold out within five minutes of sales opening, a phenomenal response. Many rail fans gathered and photographed the special train as it arrived on the platform. A welcome ceremony took place on the Atami Station platform, featuring a performance by the Atami High School Eisa Club and greetings from Mamekko, the official character of the Atami Geigi Okiya Union, and Atsuo, the official character of the Atami Onsen Hotel and Ryokan Cooperative.

This year’s Sairinka also featured a stall by Menya Bouzu. I loved the soy sauce ramen I had at Sairinka, but this time I tried the spicy miso 😊 It’s spicy but addictively tasty! I couldn’t stop sipping the soup 😊 In addition to soy sauce and spicy miso, they offer salt, miso, and mildly spicy miso, and they also have horumon ramen! It would be fun to come back and try every variety! Two children Under mighty cherry blossom tree. The elder sister was consoling her younger sibling who seemed to be feeling down. Although it was unclear what had caused the younger sister's sadness, it was heartwarming to witness the pure and simple expression of love and care between the two siblings. The scene made the observer reflect on how children are able to find happiness in even the smallest moments, while adults often struggle to do so. Taken in kitaasaba Sakura Zutsumi Saitama

I took this photo at Kita Asaba Sakura Zutsumi in Saitama, where I celebrated the arrival of spring on the day of the vernal equinox. In my country, we celebrate this time with natural colors and spend time with loved ones. The ritual symbolizes how nature becomes colorful at this time of the year, and so we celebrate it. In Japan, people also enjoy this season with their loved ones. While I was there, I saw a mother and her daughter with their family, having a great time and taking photos as memories. This entire scene reminded me of my childhood, when my mother also embraced me with the same emotion that is reflected in this image.

Hello! This is En'emon Folklore Museum. Just when we thought it had warmed up, snow fell on Wednesday and winter suddenly came back! Still, the weeping plum at the shop burst into cheerful bloom! Attracted by the plum scent, the little birds are happily singing. Aquamarine, the birthstone for March, is a stone that gently soothes the heart. Would you like to come and feel gently healed by the warm spring breeze and the plum fragrance? Our whole staff is preparing a relaxing welcome and waiting for you♪

Handmade cloth products have arrived ✨ Hello, this is 💁 ♀️ the Otsuki Station Tourist Information Center Today, I received 🙌 a bag and a business card holder from a local textile artist There are various types of business card cases, mainly the pattern of Mt. Fuji unique to Yamanashi ... ❗️ The bag is well made and can be used for a long time. In addition, we also recommend the Japanese-style eco-bag "Azuma Bag". Not only those made of gorgeous cloth like those used in kimonos, Some ☂️ are water-resistant using materials used in umbrellas. Please put it in your bag and use 🎶 it for shopping In front of the station, Crepe Kitchen Car Popolo is opening a store 🍓 You can ❗️ eat crepes for a whopping 250 yen There are 🫢 many other green onions in stock Vegetables such as yacon and carrots are also included. How about ❓ dinner tonight? We look forward to seeing you ✌️
