New otani inn sapporo
Oct. 13, 2023
Today, we will introduce ♪ New Otani Inn Sapporo's original brand product [All-purpose kelp soup stock]. New Otani Inn Sapporo Executive Chef Recommended! Normally, when it comes to kelp dashi, five types of kelp powder are used, but seven types of kelp powders from Hokkaido Hidaka kelp, Rausu kelp, Rishiri kelp, true kelp, gagome kelp, catfoot kelp, and long-cut kelp are used, and five types of carefully selected knots from domestic ingredients are used. 12 kinds of ingredients are blended in a well-balanced manner to create 💁 ♂️ a Japanese-style dashi with an elegant, fragrant and gentle taste that does not use chemical seasonings. Even at the popular breakfast buffet at New Otani Inn Sapporo, you can enjoy it with freshly made onigiri or freshly baked teppanyaki onigiri 🍙 🍘 over ochazuke! This is very delicious 🤤. Perfect 👍 for Japanese souvenirs In Japan, we deliver from 3 bags at the online shop! We currently do not ship to Okinawa and remote islands It is also sold on the first floor of the hotel, so please stop by!

Autumn in Japan... Speaking of which, I have a strong image of the mandarin flowers blooming on the far shore, and I can't forget the Kinchakuda I went to five years ago. During the Coronavirus pandemic 2 years ago, all the flowers were cut before flowering. It was unavoidable, but I watched the news with a very sad feeling. This year, the Coronavirus pandemic will return to normal after the event, so I went there because I wanted to see the bright red carpet again, but the Kinchakuda was still a masterpiece. This year Coronavirus pandemic it was crowded with many people, just like before, and it was this autumn that I realized the joy of the dawn of the Coronavirus pandemic that everyone's feelings are the same.
