The owner, Yuki Watanabe, together with her husband and local friends, spent one year renovating the kominka house and opened it for the long-awaited opening. The 110-year-old Kominka house, built in the 5th year of the Taisho era, blends in with the landscape of Shobara. The recommended menu is homemade ramen from "Tsuchinoko House" (750 yen for a single item / 900 yen with coffee).
