I visited Meiji Jingu Shrine almost every season. Even in a densely populated city like Tokyo, there are very few places where you can see such beautiful seasonal changes. So it is an ideal place to visit any time of the year. This picture was taken during the snowfall and it looked absolutely surreal .

[English/Japanese] To commemorate the 150th anniversary of the start of the railroad business, JR East is rolling out “Pokégenic,” a photogenic photo spot experience featuring various Pokémon at stations and Shinkansen stops across the JR East area. I found this photo spot in Hachioji! It’s so cute. By the way, the anime popular among our students is Doraemon. A place loved as a famous place for cherry blossoms and many people think of "Imperial Palace Chidorigafuchi" "Chiyoda-ku Noryo no Night" is a traditional Japanese "lantern flow" that began 1958 Showa 33 to heal the hearts of people who were devastated after the war. In recent years, it was canceled due to the influence of the new coronavirus, but 2022 Reiwa 4 has been revived for the first time in three years. On a summer night in central Tokyo, the light of 2,000 lanterns filled with people's wishes and hopes, We have created a fantastic scenery shimmering on the surface of the moat. Many tourists and boat participants from Japan and abroad float in the "Beacon of Hope." Each one expresses the gratitude and wishes of the participants.

If you go further from Takaosan Yakuoin Okunoin, you will find Fuji Sengensha. This was done by Hojo Ujiyasu during the Sengoku period to solicit the Fuji Sengen Great Bodhisattva on Mt. Takao. During the national era, for those who could not go to Fuji from here due to the placement of enemy countries, Fuji Sengen Daibodhisattva was solicited to this Mt. Takao where they could see Mt. Fuji so that they could receive the same benefits without having to go to Mt. Fuji. I was glad that I was born in this peaceful era, that there were times when I could not live such a distance.

Showa Kinen Park, which is the size of four Tokyo Domes, can be reached from JR Tachikawa Station. There are rental bicycles and bicycles for 2 people, and many people use bicycles on the large site. The park train is running, so even people who can't walk can go around. In addition to the barbecue pool, you can enjoy playing all day. Oka Cafe, which opened here last December, has a wonderful appearance. Using Tama lumber, I want to see the beauty of the wooden framing forever. The tip was covered with plastic. A café where you can enjoy pasta, sandwiches, soft-serve ice cream, etc. If you come to Tachikawa, please go out. Tamanori no Tama Walk#Tachikawa#Showa Kinen Park

A whale fossil was discovered in the Tama River 62 years ago. It is said to be a member of the gray whale, but it has its own characteristics and was named "Axima whale". At "Akishimaensis" near Akishima Station on the Ome Line, when you enter the museum, you will see a replica of a whale overhead. If you look at your feet, you can see how big the whale is. Why don't you go and meet the only one Aximachala that has been found in the world? #Tamanori no Tama Walk #Travel #Photo Contest

[English/Japanese] The other day I bought a French pastry called Galette des Rois at Patisserie Tatsuya Sasaki, just a four-minute walk from Nishi Hachioji! It is well known in France as the cake eaten on January 6. The cake is not only delicious but also fun, since a small ceramic figurine is hidden inside and whoever finds it becomes king. What do you do for the New Year in your country? Most of our international students celebrate their New Year in February or April! They enjoy lively times, eating traditional foods from their countries and taking part in festivals. When a new year begins, you feel refreshed 😊 We wish you all a happy new year! The scenery changes even more from the entrance of the sanctuary of Mt. Takao, Joshinmon. Joshinmon is a torii gate in the form of "Ryobe torii". Mt. Takao Yakuoin is a temple, but there is a torii gate and other Shinto-Buddhist customs. In the past, shrines and temples were not separated, so I think that Mt. Takao is not something special, but that this is what it should be. In the Shinhendo Hall near the Jōshinmon Gate, the Great Bodhisattva Performer is enshrined. If you walk a little past the Shinhendo Hall, you will find "Otokozaka" and "Onnasaka". Onnozaka is gentle, but men's slope has 108 steps. 108 is the number of disturbing emotions. The cliff in front of Otosaka was very tasteful. The mountains are beautiful everywhere, and no matter where you cut them, they become picturesque. I love you, Mt. Takao!
