Carp streamers dancing in the Taisho River 2-11-2 Gakuen-cho, Settsu-shi, Osaka Municipal No. 24 Meeting Hall Carp streamers swimming leisurely over the Taisho River, which has become a tradition of Settsu City announcing the arrival of Spring.
