[A Village Full of Flowers] Our village hosts a beautiful event every June. This year, many villagers contributed, and pansies and marigolds were planted in the flower beds along the roads. 🌸 Villagers divided into groups for planting flowers, mowing grass, and cutting trees. We were fortunate to work under a clear blue sky without any rain showers, sweating a little as we toiled. Staff from the town hall and local construction workers also participated, helping with the preparation of seedlings, collecting finished pots, and cleaning up. I look forward to seeing the planted flowers grow vigorously, bringing vibrant colors to our village. #Flower Planting #A Village Full of Flowers #Early Summer Sunshine #Our Village's Beautiful Event

Hello, this is Ryusuidō. In Shosenkyo Gorge, the greenery of the trees 🌿 deepens day by day, beautifully coloring the valley with various shades of green. Although it is the rainy season, the leaves wet from the rain shine gently, creating a calm and peaceful atmosphere 😊 In the upper area of Senga Falls, the annual summer tradition 🎐 of wind chimes is already being displayed. The origin of wind chimes comes from bells called "fūtaku," which were originally hung as talismans to ward off evil. 🔔 Their cool sound is said to have a relaxing effect that calms the mind. Please enjoy the unique harmony of the vibrant greens of Shosenkyo and the sound of Senga Falls, along with the refreshing tones of the wind chimes 🎐 during this season 😊 Additionally, the upper area of the falls has many spots where you can relax and forget about daily life. At Ryusuidō, we also have a variety of natural stones, including larimar, perfect for the upcoming season ✨ We invite you to visit Shosenkyo and spend time surrounded by rich nature and healing moments. The staff is looking forward to the day we can see your wonderful smiles 😊

Fukoji Temple's Hydrangeas ❚ Blooming Status as of June 17, 2026 Fukoji Temple, located in Asaji Town, Bungoono City, Oita Prefecture, is also famous as a tourist spot for hydrangeas. Currently, the hydrangeas are in full bloom. Some of the early-blooming flowers have started to wilt a bit. We will keep you updated on the blooming status. 【Location】Upper Oozuka, Asaji Town, Bungoono City, Oita Prefecture 【Access】About a 10-minute drive from JR Asaji Station 【Parking】Available (free) 【Restroom】Available ❚ Fukoji Temple The rock-carved Buddha in the temple grounds is approximately 11 meters tall, including its pedestal, making it one of the largest rock-carved Buddhas in Japan. The central figure is Fudo Myoo (Fudo Myo-o). Fudo Myoo is depicted with an angry expression, but this rock-carved Buddha has weathered the elements for many years and now has a round, gentle face. Although it is a large Fudo Myoo, it has a very friendly appearance. Fukoji Temple is also known as "Hydrangea Temple" due to the numerous hydrangeas planted there. During the rainy season, you can see many blooming hydrangeas alongside the rock-carved Buddha. The hydrangeas are cared for by the temple and the local community. ■■■ Access to the Center of Bungoono City ■■■ About a 3-hour drive from JR Hakata Station in Fukuoka Prefecture About a 2-hour drive from JR Kumamoto Station in Kumamoto Prefecture About a 1 hour and 20-minute drive from JR Beppu Station in Oita Prefecture About a 1 hour and 20-minute drive from JR Yufuin Station in Oita Prefecture ■■■■■■■■■■■■ Tourism and Recommended Spots in Bungoono City, Oita Prefecture, Kyushu ■■■■■■■■■■■■

🐉✨What if the Dragon God appeared in Shosenkyo Gorge...?✨🐉 This is an AI-generated image inspired by Kakuen Peak, the main peak of Shosenkyo. Kakuen Peak is a rocky peak approximately 180 meters high, and it is said to have been named after a monk named Kakuen who once practiced Zen meditation at its summit. Shosenkyo is also said to be a pathway for the flow of good energy known as the "Dragon Vein," which extends from Mount Fuji to the Imperial Palace. As I recall these stories, I wonder, "If the Dragon God resided on Kakuen Peak, what would it look like...?" This image was born from such imagination.😊 Of course, the Dragon God hasn't actually appeared, but while walking in Shosenkyo, one can often feel a mysterious power and stories within the majestic rocky peaks and canyon scenery. When you visit Shosenkyo, take a moment to look up at the sky and the rocky peaks, and imagine your own version of a dragon! *The image is an AI-generated illustration.* #Shosenkyo #Yamanashi Tourism #Power Spot #AI Art #Generative AI

Dripping Deer Soy Sauce There is a team working hard towards the launch of a certain product. That "certain product" is deer soy sauce. Nishiokoppe Village is an area where Yezo sika deer are abundant. To prevent damage to crops and forests, as well as traffic accidents, hunters capture deer and process the meat at the village's wildlife processing center. By fermenting the protein contained in the meat, soy sauce can be made. If it can be made from pork, then it should also be possible to make soy sauce from the meat of Yezo sika deer and brown bears. Villagers who agreed with the idea of the proposer began making soy sauce in December 2024, with the help of experts. The part used was the neck meat of the Yezo sika deer. This part, which is tough and fatty, was often discarded as it was difficult to handle as meat. In the work I participated in, we were in the process of squeezing and filtering the meat that had been aged for three months. The liquid extracted under pressure from the juicer was repeatedly filtered using cloth, coffee filters, and filter paper, taking time to remove excess fat and protein. Initially, the liquid flowed smoothly down, but gradually it began to drip more slowly. With each round of filtering, the dripping droplets became clearer and sparkled. It feels like you can sense the vitality of the Yezo sika deer that lived in the nature of Nishiokoppe Village. - Alongside production, preparations for sales such as choosing packaging are underway. We are sharing information about deer soy sauce and bear soy sauce on Instagram @sanganosizuku, so please check it out. We hope you look forward to the launch.

Introduction to Tourist Attractions ❚ Karasudake Enkei Bunsui Located in Ogata Town, Bungoono City, Karasudake Enkei Bunsui is a facility that conveys the history of water that has supported local life. The mountainous area of Ogata Town was once a place struggling to secure water. To solve this issue, a channel called "Haseoiro," approximately 22 kilometers long, was developed over many years. Karasudake Enkei Bunsui was established along this channel to fairly distribute essential water to fields and farms. Its unique circular structure is designed to divide water into specific ratios for different regions. This place not only offers beautiful scenery but also showcases the system that has supported people's lives and agriculture, making it a major highlight. *Water flows from June to about September each year. There is no water flow during other times, so please be cautious when planning your visit.
