Made some Yokote style Yakisoba today. Reminded me of a cafe I went to back in Akita. Tasted pretty good and was nice since I haven't been able to visit any festivals lately and eat some of the tasty food from the stalls! Hoping There's some awesome stuff happening this spring. I want to get out and try all the food I've been missing out on and drink some plum wine under the cherry blossoms! Was a long, fun day today though, gonna get some sleep now🥱

Japanese dining table. It's hard to go out to eat in Coronavirus pandemic, so I'm immersed in the feeling of eating out with my own food. Japanese sauce yakisoba noodles! Our yakisoba always has a soft-boiled fried egg on top.

The yakisoba noodles at the teppanyaki "En" Hatsudai store in Yoyogi, Tokyo are juicy and very delicious.
