Akita prefecture is a breathtaking destination that boasts of magnetic wilderness and a perfect climate for growing the most delicious apples you have ever tasted. During my recent visit to the Yokote Kamakura Festival, my eyes were caught by the sight of sugar-coated, bright-red Akita apples that looked incredibly tempting.
