Daimon Kinoshita Exhibition in Teshikaga The Daimon Kinoshita Exhibition is now on display in the lobby of Teshikaga Town Public Hall. A miniature version of Setta no Surioto, which is exhibited at the Guimet Museum (Musée national des arts asiatiques-Guimet) in France, is being shown and unveiled in Teshikaga for the first time. (The original measures 3 m by 12 m.) Exhibition hours: 9:00–21:00 Period: Now through November 25, 2025 Please take this opportunity to come and see it.

March 25, 2025 marked the 100th anniversary of atami station's opening! On the day, a commemorative ceremony was held with former atami station masters from the 36th through the 43rd in attendance, the Shizuoka Prefecture Police Band performed, and Atamifuji Kazu served as honorary stationmaster for the day. Under clear skies, many local residents and tourists gathered in front of atami station. As the gateway to Atami, atami station has welcomed and seen off countless people over the past 100 years.
