Isehara Halloween 2024 — Held in light rain; canceled in severe weather Isehara Halloween 2024, organized by the Isehara City Merchant Association Federation, will take place on Sunday, October 27, from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM. Come in costume and say "Trick or Treat" to staff at participating shops to receive sweets (while supplies last).
