The other day, I really wanted to eat Jiro ramen, so I visited the Jiro-inspired restaurant "Pig Gang Hachioji Store" that opened last year in Hachioji for the first time. Access is from JR Hachioji Station, take Hachioji Station U-Road Nishi-Radiation Street toward Takao (west), turn left at the diagonal intersection where the radiation is interrupted and there is a daizushi, and head towards the direction where the movie theater called New Hachioji Cinema used to be. So, when you hit the Yokamachi Minami intersection of National Route 16, you can see the hormone yakiniku Tenryu in front of you, so if you go straight through that intersection for about 50 meters, you will see a store with a yellow exterior. The amount of noodles is 200g, and the noodles are usually hard, so the hardness of the noodles is left as it is. At the ticket vending machine, I saw an attractive killer word such as "TKG", so I bought it without hesitation. This was the right answer. I asked for all the calls to be normal. In about 5 minutes, the "back fat TKG" arrives first. It's the first time I've had a collaboration between back fat and egg rice, but I love TKG and back fat, so I was able to predict the taste. The egg yolk neutralizes the sweetness of the back fat and the dark soy sauce flavor, and as expected, it is the best match! Squid even if there is a specialty store for this! After a while, the pork gang ramen also arrived. The soup is a Jiro ramen from Fukuoka in Kyushu, so it looks more like a pork bone soy sauce type of Fukuoka tonkotsu ramen than a typical Jiro-inspired soy sauce-based soup. The noodles are also very satisfying. As you can see, the soup was like a creamy pork bone soy sauce, and I didn't get tired of it in the middle and it was delicious until the end.
