CJV Management: Announcing the Release of the Image & Video Editing Feature

We are pleased to announce the release of a new feature, "Image & Video Editing," in CJV Management (Cool Japan Videos Management) on June 8, 2026.

■ About the Image & Video Editing Feature

When you upload an image or video in the post form, a pencil icon (edit icon) will appear in the upper left corner of the thumbnail. Clicking this icon opens an editing modal where you can perform various edits on your images and videos.

■ Image Editing Features

Aspect Ratio
You can select from 5 display ratios: Original, 1:1, 4:5, 3:4, and 16:9. Set the ratio to match the recommended format for your target SNS platform.

Position Adjustment / Zoom / Rotation
On the ratio adjustment screen, you can drag the image to adjust its display position, use a slider to zoom in from 1x to 3x, and rotate the image 90 degrees clockwise with a button.

Filters (12 types)
Choose from 12 filters to match the mood of your image. After selecting a filter, you can adjust the intensity using the "Intensity" slider from 0 to 100.

Adjustments (6 items)
Fine-tune the following 6 items using sliders. Modified items can be restored to their default values using the "Reset" link.
・Brightness: Adjusts the overall lightness and darkness of the image
・Contrast: Adjusts the distinction between light and dark
・Fade: Negative values make colors more vivid; positive values give a faded, vintage look
・Saturation: Adjusts the vividness of colors
・Color Temperature: Adjusts the tone from warm to cool colors
・Vignette: Darkens the four corners of the image to highlight the subject in the center

■ Video Editing Features

Aspect Ratio
You can select from 4 display ratios: Original, 1:1, 9:16, and 16:9. You can also adjust the display position by dragging.

Trim (Video Clipping)
Drag the left and right handles on the timeline to set the start and end points of your video. Cut out unnecessary footage from the beginning and end to adjust the video to the ideal length for posting.
※ The maximum duration that can be set is 1 minute.

Cover Photo Settings
You can change the cover photo used as the video thumbnail. Select any frame from the film strip, or upload a custom image from your device.

Sound (Audio Settings)
You can remove audio from the posted video by unchecking the checkbox. Use this feature when you want to post video-only content without music or narration.
