愛媛中井、母めぐみ。 季節限定のはちみつレモン味は、従来のオリジナル味とは一線を画し、軽やかなレモンの香りがします。 中身はしっとり甘酸っぱく、熱い抹茶と組み合わせると瀬戸内海のレモン風味が引き立ちます。

銚子名物とのことで美味しそうだなあと思い〝さのや〟さんに来店しました！ あんこと白あんを食べて焼きたてを思い切り口に含むと熱すぎて火傷します🥵笑 でも餡がとても多くてすっごくおいしかったです！

Kanro natto is a Japanese sweet made by boiling down beans in molasses and sprinkling sugar on them. Mitsubashi's natto is very carefully made and has an elegant taste. But when I explain it properly, they all say they would love to try it. Since there are many bean snacks in Southeast Asia, they are interested in kanro natto. They don't sell kanro natto in midsummer, so if you are interested in kanro natto, please go there before summer. 学校から歩いて15分のところに甘露納豆専門店の「みツ橋」さんがあります。 甘露納豆は豆を糖蜜で煮詰めて砂糖をまぶした和菓子です。 「みツ橋」さんの甘露納豆はとても丁寧に作られていて、上品な味がしました。 留学生に甘露納豆の話をすると、「納豆」という言葉に反応して、みんな嫌そうな顔をします。 外国人で納豆が嫌いな人はとても多いです。 でも、きちんと説明するとみんなぜひ食べてみたいと言います。 東南アジアには豆のお菓子が多いので、甘露納豆が気になるそうです。 甘露納豆は真夏は販売していないそうなので、気になる方は夏になる前に行ってみてくださいね。

【English／日本語】 I went to the rooster market in Hachioji with some of my students! There is an Otori Shrine about a 5-minute walk from Hachioji Station. I was impressed by the lucky and gorgeous decorations. Moreover, the sight of shopkeepers calling out good luck to customers who buy them was just like Japanese culture, and the students were very excited. On the way home, we bought a specialty of the rooster market, kirisansho (rice cakes covered with a spice called sansho). It was very delicious. There are two more rooster fairs to come. 週末に東京駅に立ち寄って用事を済ませ、牛丹屋「利久」で昼食をとることにしました。すべてが素晴らしく、シチューは特に美味しかったです。私はいつも牛丹と一緒に出されるスープを楽しんでいます、それは牛肉のおいしい一口の間のさわやかな休憩のようなものです。さらに、スープの中の牛肉は茹でても柔らかく、とても良い食感です。実はサラダにもかなり驚きました。私は普段、牛丹を添えたサラダのファンではありませんが、これは牛肉がぴったりで、ドレッシングがとても美味しかったので、それは嬉しい驚きでした。一緒に出された和菓子は本当に美味しかったです。正確にはわかりませんが、白餡が入った小豆餡、白餡かもしれませんが、食事を締めくくるのに良い方法でした。
