嚴選國產小麥・堅持無添加麵團的 諏訪花梨樹麵包工坊
這天,貪吃的河西,拜訪了諏訪花梨樹麵包工坊。這家店是店主抱持著「想製作讓孩子・嬰兒也能安心食用的麵包」的強烈想法,於2012年5月開幕的。
麵包的麵團,使用北海道產的小麥,完全不使用防腐劑、色素及添加物製作而成!!!
・雞蛋 ⇒ 使用在八岳山麓飼養的雞的雞蛋
・牛奶 ⇒ 使用在野邊山高原長大的娟珊牛的牛奶
・香腸・培根 ⇒ 使用無添加且能品嚐到肉類原始風味的極品
・小麥 ⇒ 嚴選使用北海道產的小麥(春豐等)
店裡隨時陳列著約25種麵包,其中包含季節限定的麵包等。我拜訪的時候,下午2點就已經銷售一空了💦
店長推薦的吃法,似乎是在最受歡迎的「法國麵包」上沾橄欖油食用🥖 貪吃的河西,買了少見的抹茶口味的菠蘿麵包和菠蘿麵包脆餅!這天已經賣完的,像是美國那種份量十足的燕麥餅乾也是最棒的🎶 大家也來尋找自己喜歡的麵包,盡情享用吧!

Bakery Suwa Karin-no Ki. (Chinese quince tree)
The owner uses additive-free ingredients and only ingredients produced in Japan. He takes pride in using Japanese products, especially because he wants customers to be able to use his bread for baby food. That’s why he is particular about using ingredients produced in Japan. He opened this shop in May 2012.
Usually, there are about 25 kinds of bread for sale. I went to the bakery around 2 PM, and the bread was almost sold out! They change the bread selection each season, so you can enjoy different kinds of bread throughout the year!
The owner recommends the Batard, and suggests eating it with olive oil. It’s fantastic! Please try it! I also recommend the Melon bread, oat cookies, and rusk. Anyway, all the breads are amazing. They have parking next to the bakery, and if you buy bread, they will give you a free parking ticket.
